The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame just put out a higher quality version of the 2004 performance of “While My Guitar Gently Weeps” (The Beatles/George Harrison) featuring Tom Petty, Jeff Lynne, Steve Winwood, a whole bunch of other guys, and Prince, who murders a Telecaster with one of the most incredible and captivating solos I’ve ever seen. I watch this at least once a year and am glad there’s an HD copy on YouTube now. No further comments here. The music speaks for itself. Watch it.
